Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily financial transactions, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, payments, and cash flow.
  • Track inventory, stock levels, purchases, usage, and costs.
  • Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and applicable tax regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in retail, fitness, or inventory-based businesses is added advantage
