Responsibilities:

Oversee the branch’s daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
Lead the branch team to achieve targets for customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation, quality loan growth and revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, traders and SME customers.
Supervise loan origination, appraisal, disbursement and recovery, and monitor the branch’s portfolio quality and repayment performance.
Ensure the branch complies with the Bank’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash management, operational controls, security and accurate record-keeping.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.
Track branch performance, prepare reports and implement corrective actions where needed.
