This is NOT just a social media or content creation role.
We are looking for someone who can turn:
CONTENT → TRAFFIC → LEADS → BOOKINGS → REVENUE
🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies• Create and manage daily content across social platforms• Plan and execute weekly campaigns and monthly promotions• Manage Meta, Google & TikTok Ads• Generate qualified leads daily• Build and optimize marketing funnels• Manage WhatsApp automation, booking and follow-up systems• Drive SEO and Google Search visibility• Monitor Google Analytics and campaign performance• Improve conversion rates and lead quality• Build and strengthen premium/luxury brand positioning• Track marketing performance, ROI and revenue attribution
🎯 KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• 300–900+ leads monthly• ROAS of 4x+• Minimum ₦10M monthly digital-driven revenue• ₦50M+ monthly pipeline contribution• Consistent daily content execution• Continuous improvement in conversion and campaign performance
