Role ObjectiveCreate content that captures attention, starts conversations, and helps grow our audience across social media.Your mission is to consistently produce engaging videos that educate, entertain, and build trust while supporting the day-to-day activities of our social media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationPlan, create, and publish engaging short-form content across:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• X
• Facebook

Create content including:

• Product explainers
• Feature walkthroughs
• Educational videos
• Trend-based content
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Founder content
• Lifestyle content
• Street interviews (where appropriate)
• Customer stories
• Industry commentary

Appear confidently on camera when required and become a consistent face in our content.

Required SkillsMust Have

• Strong confidence and comfort speaking on camera.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and naturally.
• Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture.
• Creative storytelling ability.
• Comfortable filming with a smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of short-form video production.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver content.
• Strong Advantage

Experience with:

• Experience creating content in crypto, fintech, AI, Web3, or technology.
• Ability to speak one or more Nigerian languages (Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo).
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• Experience growing personal or brand social media accounts.
• Ability to shoot quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Public speaking or presenting.
