Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities* Manage customer inquiries and provide efficient support in a fast-paced environment* Utilize CRM software and Google Docs to track, analyze, and resolve customer issues* Work flexibly across various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role* Flexible to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays* Must reside in Benin City, specifically around Sapele Road or GRA and environs* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Capacity to work under pressure* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Google Docs (especially spreadsheets) and CRM software* Experience in a customer-focused environment* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
